4.3 dior88 may require Members to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals or at any other time as required by regulatory obligations. Acceptable KYC documentation includes a valid national identity card (MyKad), passport, or equivalent government-issued identification, together with proof of residential address.
4.4 Accounts registered using false, incomplete, or misleading information may be suspended or terminated, and all funds held in such accounts may be forfeited.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your dior88 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party.

14.1 dior88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in cases of: breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; regulatory requirement; or failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
14.2 Members may close their dior88 account at any time by contacting the support team. Requests to close accounts will be processed within a reasonable period. Real-money balances remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Member via a supported withdrawal method, subject to KYC completion.
15.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the dior88 Platform's regulatory jurisdiction.
